Delivery Costs

  • Delivery is free within New Zealand for orders over $99, except to Waiheke and other offshore islands*
  • Delivery costs $7 for New Zealand orders up to $99.
  • Delivery to Australia will be charged at cost.  Please contact us for a quote
  • We can only ship to a physical delivery address. We are unable to deliver to PO Box or Private Bag addresses

We will will make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition.  Normally orders are dispatched the next working day after the order has been placed. For North Island customers, this means you should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days.* For South Island customers, this means you should receive your parcel within 3-5 working days.* If you have not received your delivery within these time frames please contact us.


*An extra 1-2 working days should be allowed for a Rural Delivery address.
